You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information required for the delivery of our services. You are responsible for ensuring that any text, images, or third-party assets you provide to us do not violate any copyright or intellectual property laws.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon final payment, you assume ownership of the final designs and codebase specific to your project, barring any open-source libraries or pre-existing proprietor frameworks developed by Cockatoo Lab. We retain the right to showcase the completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach these Terms of Service.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Cockatoo Lab, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, our services.
